  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days within India and 7–15 business days for international orders (varies by location).

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

  • Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders (as per promotions).

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number to monitor delivery status.

Delays

  • Vedcare is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) and clear photos of the issue are required.

  • Products marked as “non-returnable”

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items, for the same product.
